G Fine Micro Fine Ultra Fine European Based Finest Filler
G FINE is a new generation supplementary cementitious material (SCM) built with a high-tech component. Despite its high fineness, it does not generally increase water demand at dosages of 5 to 15% of regular OPC. In fact, the low void content that results from the dense packing of cementitious material is seen to improve concrete slump. The use of G FINE results in a hydrated cement matrix comprised of very small pores.

G FINE Micro FINE ULTRA FINE EUROPEAN BASED FINEST FILLER
G FINE is a high-tech supplementary cementitious material (SCM) of the latest generation. Despite its high fineness, it does not increase water demand at dosages ranging from 5 to 15% of normal OPC in general. In fact, the concrete slump appears to be improved as a result of the dense packing of cementitious material, resulting in a low void content. The use of G FINE results in a hydrated cement matrix with extremely small pores.
G FINE is a specially processed product with a high glass content and high reactivity obtained through the controlled granulation process. The raw materials are primarily composed of low calcium silicates. The addition of other carefully selected ingredients results in a controlled particle size distribution. G FINE can also be used as a high-range water reducer to increase compressive strength or as a super workability aid to increase flow.
According to the results, G FINE can be used as a practical substitute for Silica Fume. When the benefits of G FINE are observed in the concrete mix design, the initial rate of strength development is increased or similar to that of Silica Fume.
Where to use G FINE :
Residential, roads, airports, and commercial structures Manufacturing mass concrete structures and piles Concrete should be easily pumpable in high-rise structures. High-performance concrete requires a low water-to-binder ratio. For heavy structures, precast concrete elements are used. To boost initial strength and accelerate growth.
Benefits of G FINE :
The workability of the mix retention is improved; the durability and permeability of concrete are improved; the strength of concrete is increased; segregation is reduced in the mix, and the heat of hydration of the mix is reduced.
G FINE is available in Bulk Jumbo bags with plastic inner liners. The product is also available in 25kg plastic lined bags.
G FINE has an indefinite shelf life when properly stored. G-FINE, like cement, must be protected from contamination and moisture. In a clean, dry storage silo or warehouse, the product can be stored in bulk.
Health and Safety:
Extensive testing has revealed that G FINE is non-toxic and environmentally safe. G FINE poses no known significant health risks, but high dust concentrations may cause irritation. It is strongly advised to wear appropriate protective clothing, gloves, and eye/face protection. If you come into contact with your eyes, immediately rinse them with plenty of clean water and seek medical attention.
